Sectional Program_Iteration A

The program fits into 3 major categories: Private, Public and Transit. The sub programs that may or may not belong to a single major category are: residential, hotel, offices, market (outdoor) / public plaza, grocery, restaurant, retail, green space and parks. The project is intended to bring the urban life closer to a more conscientious way of compact living, providing the best benefit to the city and personal quality of life. Easy travel through the site would be provided by an above street level monorail, connecting to the subway entrance at the southern edge. Through Kosciuszko Way, the monorail may take advantage utility street/tunnel and the extra width that already exists to make the commute to offices to the west easier for travelers. Local and private farming might happen in the vertical instances of green space, especially where the hotel, restaurant, and green programs intersect.
